CLEANSTAY SERVICES: TERMS OF SERVICE

PLATFORM ROLE
Cleanstay Services operates solely as a technology platform that connects clients (“Hosts”) with independent cleaning professionals (“Cleaners”).
Cleanstay Services does not provide cleaning services and is not a party to any agreement between Hosts and Cleaners.
All services are performed by independent contractors who are solely responsible for the execution, quality, and outcome of their work.
NO EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP
Nothing in these Terms creates any employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Cleanstay Services and any Cleaner or Host.
Cleaners operate as independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Cleanstay Services.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
By using the platform, you confirm that you meet all legal requirements and are not restricted under applicable
SERVICES
Cleaners set their own pricing, availability, and service terms.
Hosts select Cleaners at their own discretion.
Cleanstay Services does not guarantee:
– Service quality
– Availability
– Suitability of any Cleaner
NO GUARANTEE
Cleanstay Services does not guarantee the quality, reliability, or performance of any Cleaner.
All services are selected at the Host’s discretion.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
All payments must be made through the platform.
Cleaners provide quotes, and Hosts agree to pricing before booking.
Cleanstay Services may facilitate payment processing but does not act as the service provider.
DISPUTES
Cleanstay Services does not guarantee outcomes of services.
We may assist in communication between Hosts and Cleaners but do not act as a judge or decision-maker.
All disputes must ultimately be resolved between the Host and the Cleaner.
RIGHT TO CURE
In the event of a complaint, the Cleaner will be given the opportunity to correct the issue within 24–48 hours before any payment adjustments are made.
COMPLAINT REQUIREMENTS
Hosts must report issues within 24 hours of service completion.
Claims should include reasonable supporting evidence (e.g., photos or descriptions).
Failure to provide evidence may result in denial of the claim.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
Cleaners retain full control over:
– How services are performed
– Tools and materials used
– Work methods and processes
Cleanstay Services does not supervise or control how services are delivered.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENT
Cleaners are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance, including general liability insurance.
Cleanstay Services does not verify or assume responsibility for such coverage.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
In-person services involve inherent risks.
Hosts and Cleaners agree they are solely responsible for their safety, property, and interactions.
Cleanstay Services is not liable for any incidents arising from in-person services.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleanstay Services shall not be liable for:
– Property damage
– Personal injury
– Theft or misconduct
– Service dissatisfaction
All claims must be resolved directly between the Host and the Cleaner.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users agree to:
– Provide accurate information
– Use lawful payment methods
– Not bypass the platform for transactions
Fraudulent or abusive activity may result in account suspension.
ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Cleanstay Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
GENERAL TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updates.
INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify and hold Cleanstay Services harmless from any claims arising from:
– Their use of the platform
– Their services or actions
– Violations of these Terms
